Shopping

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Our return policy allows two (2) weeks for all returns and exchanges. The piece(s) must be unworn, resized, or scratched merchandise. There are some exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis and we always recommend reaching out to us if you have questions.

Do you offer a warranty on items purchased at your store?
A manufacturer warranty is in place. However, this does not cover acts of God, abuse or neglect. We do not offer a warranty on chains as these are complimentary.

Can I purchase an item if I am not based in Yellowknife?
Certainly. If there’s a piece you would like to purchase, we can complete the payment over the phone and ship your purchase directly to you. There is an additional cost of $50.00 for shipping in Canada and $85.00 for shipping to the USA.

Can I get an engagement ring custom-made?
Yes. We are always happy to help with a custom engagement ring. Reach out to us with the details and your budget, and we can go from there.


JEWELLERY CARE

How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend storing your jewellery in a safe and dry location. Whether you use the jewellery box that came with your purchase or a designated jewellery box, this will help keep your jewellery organized and keep it in good condition.

  • Sterling Silver — Sterling silver does tarnish, especially with irregular wear. We encourage you to wear your sterling silver piece as much as possible. If tarnished, you can keep sterling silver looking beautiful by using a polishing cloth and rubbing tarnished areas gently. Do keep your pieces dry and remove any sterling silver jewellery prior to showering, exercising and washing your hands.

  • Gold & Platinum — Generally speaking, gold and platinum jewellery can be maintained quite easily. To keep your pieces looking bright and shiny, you can use a mix of detergent-free soap and warm water to clean jewellery. Use a soft bristled brush (or toothbrush) to gently clean any build-up.

Do you offer jewellery repairs?
We can replace missing diamonds and/or use your diamonds to design a new luxurious piece of jewellery for you. Unfortunately, we do not re-tip, re-shank, or resize jewellery that was not purchased at our store. We recommend going to a local goldsmith who will be able to assist you.

I previously purchased a ring at the store and now, it doesn’t fit me as well. Can I get my ring resized?
Yes, the first resizing is free of charge and we can offer a resizing of two (2) sizes up or down. This can be done within a couple of days. Anything beyond the two sizes up or down requires a special order which can take 8-10 weeks.
